4. DIGITAL DELIVERY

Digital products are available for download immediately after payment is processed. If you do not receive your download link, please contact us at guidedbiology@gmail.com.

We are not responsible for issues related to your device, internet connection, or software compatibility that may prevent you from accessing the files.

5. PRICES & PAYMENT

Prices are subject to change without notice. The price you see at checkout is the final price, excluding any applicable taxes. You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information.

6. REFUNDS & EXCHANGES

Due to the digital nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds or exchanges once a file has been downloaded. If you experience a problem with your purchase, contact us so we can help resolve it.

All Guided Biology products—including illustrations, diagrams, videos, worksheets, and accompanying materials—are the intellectual property of Guided Biology and are protected by copyright laws. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or adaptation is prohibited.
