Refund policy

At Guided Biology, we create and sell digital educational resources such as worksheets, illustrations, and videos. Because all of our products are delivered electronically, all sales are final.

No Returns or Exchanges

Due to the nature of digital products, we cannot accept returns or exchanges once a file has been downloaded or accessed.

Refunds

We do not offer refunds for:

  • Change of mind after purchase

  • Accidental purchases

  • Incompatibility with your device or software (please check file format requirements before purchasing)

Exceptions

If you experience a technical issue that prevents you from accessing your purchase, please contact us at guidedbiology@gmail.com within 7 days of your order. We will work with you to resolve the problem, which may include re-sending the file or providing an alternative format.
